The Estée Lauder Companies Joins BoF Careers

Founded by entrepreneur Estée Lauder in New York in 1946, The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) is a leading global player in prestige beauty. Parent to more than 20 beauty brands including Tom Ford, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Clinique, MAC, Jo Malone London and La Mer, the beauty company’s products are sold in around 150 countries and territories around the world.

Four generations of Lauder family members have supported the business over its 79-year history. The conglomerate aims to foster an environment of inclusion, with 60 percent of global VP positions and above held by women.

The company is currently hiring for a marketing manager, an Aveda salon development partner and a national accounts manager, among other roles.
