South African Fashion Week (SAFW) Spring Summer collections for 2016 landed in Hyde Park from the 5th to the 9th of April with a stellar lineup of designers.
The eNCAMojo’s set their best foot forward to create a digital story for the much anticipated five day Fashion Week. The loyal followers of SAFW were excited by the idea of Fashion Week relocating from Crowne Plaza in Rosebank to Hyde Park Corner.
Designers, stylists and make-up artists prepared their functional fuel to get the Fashion Week engine running, starting with designer Gert-Johan Coetzee and ending with fully dressed, or rather half-dressed, models in Naked Ape.
As winter approaches, the annually anticipated event pans out, with hundreds of fashionistas whipping out their last-minute summer ensembles.
With high hopes of seeing their favourite designers, people enrobed in their best outfits and limited-edition Dior heels, Asian-inspired kimonos, Afrocentric head wraps with matching shorts. and wooden platforms. Anmari Honiball with Sies! Isabelle were highlights of the second evening with accessories added to the collection, models appearing with a grey mesh-like piece covering the eyes, each holding a clutch bag:
Congratulations to SAFW for an outstanding five day run.
