Job Details
This is an extremely attractive role for a candidate with excellent organisation skills, who is passionate about delivering great customer service. A successful candidate will be joining a fast growing and international company in its office/warehouse in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
This permanent role, fully based in our office/warehouse, can be considered either on a full or part-time basis,.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding assistance to customer enquiries to sisterjane.com and ghospell.com such as:
- Advising customers on products and fit questions
- General ordering enquiries
- Delivery queries
- Issue resolution
- Offer general support to the E-commerce Team and the fulfilment activities in Amsterdam:
- Pick, pack and ship orders, and ensure the order fulfilment is completed in line with the company guidelines
- Provide assistance on online product merchandising
- Provide support to other stock related administrative duties
- Support preparation and shipment of wholesale orders
- Act as a main point of contact with couriers to resolve delivery issues
- Offer general support on Wholesale Operations:
- Create a shipment table for each new collection (adding relevant information for each customer and the orders)
- Assist on wholesale shipments (shipping quotation, booking delivery arrangements and follow-up)
- Assist on registering wholesale orders into ERP
- Prepare carton labels, packing lists and invoices for international key accounts as and when required
- Assist on prospecting new wholesale customers by reaching out with emails and phone calls
The ideal candidate:
- Experience delivering first-class customer service but verbally and in writing
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in e-commerce order fulfilment and stock management is an advantage
- Outstanding command of the English language, spoken and written
- Very organised, passionate and driven to deliver outstanding results
- Interest in e-commerce, wholesale and operations
- Attention to detail
- Self starter and capable of working independently
- Have a positive can-do attitude, is flexible and keen to work with and contribute to a dynamic team where support is required
- Experience using Zendesk and Shopify is preferred
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Package
- It is mandatory that you have the right to work in the Netherlands
