Job Details

This is an extremely attractive role for a candidate with excellent organisation skills, who is passionate about delivering great customer service. A successful candidate will be joining a fast growing and international company in its office/warehouse in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
This permanent role, fully based in our office/warehouse, can be considered either on a full or part-time basis,. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding assistance to customer enquiries to sisterjane.com and ghospell.com such as:
    • Advising customers on products and fit questions
    • General ordering enquiries
    • Delivery queries
    • Issue resolution
       
  • Offer general support to the E-commerce Team and the fulfilment activities in Amsterdam:
    • Pick, pack and ship orders, and ensure the order fulfilment is completed in line with the company guidelines
    • Provide assistance on online product merchandising
    • Provide support to other stock related administrative duties
    • Support preparation and shipment of wholesale orders
    • Act as a main point of contact with couriers to resolve delivery issues
       
  • Offer general support on Wholesale Operations:
    • Create a shipment table for each new collection (adding relevant information for each customer and the orders)
    • Assist on wholesale shipments (shipping quotation, booking delivery arrangements and follow-up)
    • Assist on registering wholesale orders into ERP
    • Prepare carton labels, packing lists and invoices for international key accounts as and when required
    • Assist on prospecting new wholesale customers by reaching out with emails and phone calls
       

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience delivering first-class customer service but verbally and in writing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in e-commerce order fulfilment and stock management is an advantage
  • Outstanding command of the English language, spoken and written
  • Very organised, passionate and driven to deliver outstanding results
  • Interest in e-commerce, wholesale and operations
  • Attention to detail
  • Self starter and capable of working independently
  • Have a positive can-do attitude, is flexible and keen to work with and contribute to a dynamic team where support is required
  • Experience using Zendesk and Shopify is preferred
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Package
  • It is mandatory that you have the right to work in the Netherlands
