Job Description
■New Brand
- Will focus on the scouting and then negotiations with sportswear (skiwear, athletics, athleisure, wellbeing), lifestyle products (bags), and accessories by identifying viable operational procedures and sub-distribution partners.
- Consequently, will Incubate new brands with high commercial potential by supporting their merchandise development, marketing, distribution, and strategic planning.
- Considering the unique leverages that sport and lifestyles brands represent, the candidate will understand and implement strategic vision and planning.
- Develop strong case studies to support new business generations.
■Contracted Brands
- Considering the unique leverages that sport and lifestyles brands represent, understand and implement strategic vision and planning.
- Drive growth of existing brands through expansion opportunities across various channels (wholesale, E-com and B&M) in a timely manner, considering the capex needs and expected financial returns)
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with brands, partners, and wholesale accounts.
- Identify and leverage partnership opportunities across wholesale, franchise, and retail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and lead team members to ensure effective implementation.
OBJECTIVES
- Achieve financial targets for each assigned brand or business line.
- Develop a deep understanding of each brand’s DNA, short- and long-term potential, and key leverages for growth, including pop-up, capsules, online and offline activations.
- Ensure that each assigned brand has a clear, actionable plan—including, when necessary, collaboration with the PR & Communication department and other group platforms.
- Optimize team potential with the goal of aligning brand performance with budget targets and financial benchmarks.
- Manage team performance with a specific focus on:
- Utilize a balance of interpersonal skills and leadership authority to meet both internal and external objectives.
- Stay informed and engaged with industry trends, players, business models, and brand activations.
- Pay close attention to Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 clients, evaluating both potential and operational requirements in underserved or growth markets.
- Use traditional and emerging channels to scout and evaluate new brand prospects.
- Meet all reporting requirements, including weekly recaps, and monthly and seasonal written reports

Must Ability
- Businuess English communication skills
- Wholesale working experience 5 years above
- Knowledge about China Market
- Management Experience
- Flexibility to move to China
