Commercial Team Trainee - Sales Team VETEMENTS

As a Commercial Team Trainee, you will support the wholesale operations of the brand and learn the full cycle of managing international wholesale accounts within the luxury designer fashion segment. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Assist commercial team members in daily communication with international buyers and store owners on all commercial matters.

• Support buyers during order building and placement; input orders into the system and prepare order confirmations.

• Assist in tracking orders and deliveries, sharing relevant financial documents, and monitoring payments.

• Help ensure the correct representation of collections both in-store and online by coordinating with buyers and gathering sell-through data.

• Research potential new retailers, evaluate current stockists, and support market monitoring activities.

• Collaborate with the team on shipping overviews, account statements, and preparation of recommended retail prices for new collections.

• Provide general administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth commercial operations.

You:

• Have 1 year previous experience.

• Possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Can manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks according to urgency.

• Are confident in using professional software or quick to learn tools such as Joor, Le New Black, Zedonk (experience is a plus).

• Speak English fluently (high proficiency is a must); Italian is a plus.

• Have good numerical skills and the ability to analyse information to assist in problem-solving.

• Are motivated to grow within the luxury fashion commercial department and take on greater responsibilities over time.

Location: This role is based in our Zurich headquarters. Remote work is not available.
