Job Details
We are looking for an Associate Store Leader to join our flagship Champs-Élysées store on a fixed term contract (6 months). In this role, you will support the Store Leader in managing day-to-day operations, developing the team, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. From leading team scheduling to managing product launches and handling customer service escalations, you will play a central role in driving operational excellence and team engagement during this key period.
Desired starting date: 1st of October.
Your Mission
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, weekly team manager meetings, and reporting.
• Ensure smooth product flow in store: manage new product releases, returns, and align with Back of House and Visual Merchandising teams for implementation.
• Monitor product performance and provide weekly insights to drive sell-through and stock optimization.
• Lead workforce planning and scheduling for Front of House and Back of House , ensuring accurate timecard validation and absence tracking in Workday and supporting systems.
• Manage HR-related processes including new contract submissions, holiday and sick leave requests, and coordination with HR partners.
• Support the Store Leader with team development by implementing onboarding, monitoring performance, and supporting training delivery.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated customer service matters, including exchanges, reimbursements, and disputes, ensuring smooth processes across POS, D365, and Adyen.
• Liaise with central functions including Retail Ops, IT, and Helpdesk to ensure timely communication and issue resolution. Your Story
• 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement initiatives.
• Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus, but a passion for these areas is essential.
• You have a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• You have strong experience in project management, coordinating cross-functional teams from start to finish.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
• You are fluent in French and English.
