Job Details

Along with the expansion of our retail business, we are increasing our annual hiring volume and looking for a bilingual recruiter to join our team.

 

【Responsibilities】

 

You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent sourcing to onboarding.

 

Develop and execute recruitment plans based on business strategies

 

Define hiring requirements with business leaders and on-site managers

 

Communicate with recruitment agencies (including CV sessions)

 

Direct sourcing using platforms such as LinkedIn, wantedly, and BoF,etc.

 

Plan and execute recruitment advertisements and events (career fairs, agent awards, etc.)

 

Operate and promote the internal referral program

 

Additionally, you may be involved in global hiring to support our international expansion. Applicants without prior overseas recruitment experience are also welcome.

 

【Required Skills】

 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills Minimum 5 years of experience in mid-career recruitment at a consulting firm or in-house HR department Business-level Japanese communication skills Flexibility to move to live in Tokyo

【Preferred Skills】

  • Business-level English communication skills
