IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL TIME | 6 MONTHS
We are looking for a dynamic and engaged Sample Purchasing Intern to join the Purchasing Department in our offices in Milan.

Your Impact

In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
• Assist in supplier sourcing: research and identify potential suppliers for raw tissue materials based on cost, quality, and reliability.
• Order tracking and follow-up: track orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve any issues related to delivery or product quality.
• Coordinate with internal departments: collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to align purchasing decisions with operational needs.
• Administrative tasks: handle administrative duties related to procurement, such as filing documents and maintaining databases.

Qualifications

• Textile background and basic knowledge on purchasing processes
• A dynamic, pragmatic and quickly adaptable approach to work
• Good use of computer tools such as Excel (knowledge of PLM and Stealth is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a predisposition to work in a team complete the required profile
