As Labour Relations Manager you will oversee and drive the labour relations function across our group of companies. This role is critical in fostering a positive and compliant work environment, maintaining constructive relationships with employee representatives, and ensuring the alignment of labour relations strategies with the company's overall business objectives.

The project!
As Labour Relations Manager you will oversee and drive the labour relations function across our group of companies. This role is critical in fostering a positive and compliant work environment, maintaining constructive relationships with employee representatives, and ensuring the alignment of labour relations strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
What will the role entail?
- Lead and manage all labour relations activities for the group of companies.
- Act as the primary liaison with trade unions and employee representatives, ensuring constructive and collaborative communication.
- Define, develop, and implement the labour relations strategy in line with business goals and legal requirements.
- Lead the negotiation and implementation of the company's Equality Plan.
- Participate in sectoral collective bargaining processes, including representation at industry-wide negotiation tables.
- Manage and resolve complex labour disputes, grievances, and disciplinary processes in accordance with applicable legislation and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support organizational changes from a labour relations perspective.
- Monitor changes in labour legislation, ensuring compliance and proactively advising management on necessary actions.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and analysis to support decision-making in labour relations matters.

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related field; Master's degree or specialized training in Labour Law will be an asset.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a similar role, ideally in multinational or multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge of labour legislation, collective bargaining processes, and equality frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work both at a high level and hands-on in operational matters.
- Adavanced english level.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.
